FAQ & Troubleshooting CheckList
1.The sugar cane gets stuck during juicing
Please turn off the motor immediately, and after the motor stops, press the reverse button to make the jammed cane withdraw .
2. Bagasse clogs the inside
Turn off the motor, pull out the power plug, open the transparent baffle on the right side , and remove the bagasse.
3.The motor suddenly stops during the juice extraction process
a. The external power cord is loose and falls off;
b. The motor heats up due to overload, the motor thermal protection switch is turned off , and the motor can be reused after cooling down to 80" ;
c. The safety protection switch is damaged: replace the safety protection switch;
d. The internal wiring terminals are loose or the wiring is damaged: fix the wiring terminals and replace the wiring .
Usage and Maintaining
1. Clean the machine in time after use to keep it clean and hygienic.
2. The machine should be placed steadily.
3. Add grease to the internal transmission gear regularly every other month
4. Replace the lubricating oil on the gearbox regularly every three months.
